The BTC is made for GMod Train Build by me. Originally started as “TRAIN. CO” but was soon changed after some bullying.
2017
An early version of Biggie is seen in the video “A look back through Garry's Mod Trains!” by Slashflex, the creator of the Blue Arrow Railworks server network. A place I frequented a lot. This is also the first known time the BTC has been on video.
Unfortunately, the video is now private.
2018
After experiencing general burnout on GMod, I decided to switch over to Trainz, which I considered a new era for my birthday. It was slow going until…
2019
Biggsworthisle.com is launched in November. Originally didn't have a domain, so it's way called BTCDOTCOM
2020
I hosted a competition for the 100th BTC engine. After a brutal voting season, t00nedl00n won with his entry, Berlington.
2021
The BTC Chronicles is created. An audio drama series about the BTC using Uberduck.ai. Season and and two were made, and a third season was planned but never finished. Episode 1-5 scripts are finished, though.
BEL1 Becomes a Villain. Based on the reveal that Bluebell is the mad bomber.
2022
The Madeline Quest series is made. A series of mostly NES Rom hacks starring Madeine.
The BTC gets its 200th locomotive, Nancy.
2023
CRR is launched, redeeming BEL1.
Some Nights With BEL1: REMASTERED (SNABR) is released. The definitive version of the game was released a year prior. Firmly staking the BTC’s sci-fi edge.
A spiritual Sequel, More Nights with BEL’s (MNAB) was also released.
2024
The BSC is created. What started as an April Fools joke ARG turned into a full-fledged AU of the BTC, with a more fantasy focus, as opposed to the BTC’s sci-fi edge.
2025
The beginning of more community-made engines and stories, ensuring that fans have more of a say on how the BTC is run and made.
2026
You are here. The BTC is now ten years old. While there's been some ups and downs, I'm still here. Doing the BTC in my free time. The future may be uncertain, but it is almost certain that me and the BTC will be here to stay.
So here's to another ten years of the BTC!
